Does Sage WinForecast integrate with accounts software?
A.
Sage WinForecast links directly to the Sage 50 Accounts software. However there is a hotlink feature that allows you to set up hotlinks between your Accounts package and Sage WinForecast via MS Excel

What software options do you have available?

Passage Software offer software solutions for small to medium sized businesses. We offer full business applications to streamline all your business processes together as well as add on applications. Our software range includes – Financials, Manufacturing, Job Costing, Wholesale and Distribution, Customer relationship management, Forecasting and Budgeting, Point of Sale.

What training options do you have?
A.
We have a range of options available. We offer classroom training on some products, one on one training, training specifically for your business where we can come to you or you may wish to use our training facilities. We also offer online training for Winforecast so that you complete training in your own time at your own pace from your own location.

How often should I upgrade my software?
A.
We recommend that you upgrade each time an upgrade is released. Version upgrades not only offer new features but also improve functionality to issues that you may be having. It is important to keep as current as possible so that it allows us to be able to support you more efficiently.
Q.
What does software maintenance include?
A.
Software maintenance includes version upgrades to be supplied to you free as part of this contract. It also includes patch releases that may be issued between version upgrade dates.

Do you offer finance options for your software?
A.
We do have finance options available depending on each situation. We can talk more about this with you and then look to see what the best option for your business may be going forward.
Q.
Do you offer hosting if we do not want to invest in a server?
A.
Yes. We can host your solution for you for a monthly fee and the fee is determined by the amount of data usage and users.
Q.
Why is help desk mandatory when I purchase a new software program from you?
A.
Support is mandatory for the first 12 months as we find that most businesses need that extra help in the first 12 months. There are many how to do questions that arise as you find your way around the package and it is peace of mind knowing that you can contact our support team to help you through.
Q.
What does a help desk contract include?
A.
Help desk includes assistance from our technical support consultants on any how to do questions with your software program. You will receive the first 30 minutes free on every call logged through our support help desk on how to do questions only, as well as unlimited 24/7 access to all guides, fixes and patch updates on the Passage Knowledge. This does not include consulting, training, and data corruption. Help desk is available during normal business hours being Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm.

You also will receive our Passage GST Wizard free (available for some products) and Passage E-Banking module free if you have a help desk plan in place. If you cancel your help desk then the normal annual fee will apply to use these add ons. Training warranty – this means that if you or any of your staff attend a training session and are not completely satisfied with the knowledge that you have gained you can come back and re sit the training free of charge. You do need to re sit the training within a certain timeframe to be able to take up on this warranty.

What is your hourly rate for services?

Our hourly rate for services is $180 plus gst per hour
